HOSO shrimp are highly valued for their flavor and presentation, making them a popular choice for various culinary dishes. The head and shell add an extra layer of richness and complexity to the shrimp, enhancing the overall taste and texture.

Origin: Ecuador, India, or Venezuela, depending on the species.

Scientific Names: Penaeus monodon (Black Tiger) and Litopenaeus Vannamei (Vannamei)
